Note:
Alumni of Columbia Basin’s Dental Hygiene AAS program are eligible to receive 300-400 level course equivalents for previous DHYG 100-200 level courses. As a result, AAS Dental Hygiene alumni can meet the BAS degree requirement of a minimum of 60 credits for degree completion when combined with the Dental Hygiene BAS degree completion courses.
*Students who started the AAS program after the 2007-08 academic year previously completed
CHEM& 121 as a prerequisite and do not need to select 5 credits from this section
of Major Support course options.
**Students who started the AAS program in the 2017-18 academic year previously completed
both CHEM&121 and CHEM&122 as prerequisites and do not need to select 10 credits from
the Major Support course options.
***Students who completed the AAS program with 3-5 credits of Communication Studies
need 5 additional credits for a total of 8-10 Communication Studies credits.
